Product details

GP6120 is a general-purpose valve regulated sealed lead acid battery in the CSB brand's GP series; it uses AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology, with a nominal voltage of 6 Vdc and a nominal capacity of 12 Ah (1.75 VPC @25°C, 20-hour rate). This model is maintenance-free, with a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99%; it is made with pure lead construction combined with proprietary elements, and its primary use is float standby power supply. At the 8-hour rate, if the end voltage is 1.75 VPC @25°C, the capacity is 11.2 Ah; if it is 1.80 VPC @25°C, it is 11.0 Ah. The maximum charging current is 3.60 A, and the maximum discharging current is 180 A; short-circuit current can reach 427 A, and internal resistance is measured at 8.9 mΩ. At 25°C, the float charging voltage range is 6.75 – 6.90 Vdc/cell, and the equalization charging voltage range is 7.20 – 7.50 Vdc/cell. In terms of dimensions, length is 151.0±2.0 mm, width is 50.0±1.0 mm, height is 100.5±1.5 mm, and weight is approximately 1.85 kg; the terminal is F2 Faston Tab 250. The case is made of ABS (UL 94-HB); if a flame-retardant rating (94-V0) is required, it can be supplied on request. Under 25°C float charging conditions, design life is up to 5 years; according to Eurobat (20°C), it is 3-5 years. In terms of temperature adaptability, the nominal operating temperature is 25°C; discharge is allowed from -15°C to 50°C; charging and storage are allowed from -15°C to 40°C. Its self-discharge is low: after 90 days at 25°C, loss is less than 10%, and it can be stored for up to 6 months. Once storage temperature exceeds 25°C, recharge should be performed in advance; before putting into operation, it must be fully charged. In terms of standards, the product meets IEC 61056-1/2:2012 and is recognized under UL1989 (MH14533). Thanks to its general-purpose design, it can be used in security systems, emergency lighting, medical equipment, and other applications requiring float standby power.
