The XPL4200 belongs to CSB's XPL series; its official application area is data center UPS (uninterruptible power supply), and this high-capacity pure lead VRLA series is intended for long-duration standby applications that require large batteries. As a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery, it uses absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology, can achieve 99% gas recombination efficiency, and is maintenance-free; its pure lead construction and proprietary element design allow it to be used in high-rate UPS and float standby power supplies. In addition, the battery complies with IEC 60896-21/22:2004 and is UL1989 recognized (MH14533). For electrical performance, starting with current and internal resistance: XPL4200 maximum charge current is 35.00 A, maximum discharge current is 900 A, short-circuit current is 2616 A, and internal resistance is 3.22 mΩ. Nominal capacity is 4200W @5min-rate (9.60V per PCS @ 25°C). As for W/cell power, 30 seconds (1.67 VPC @ 25°C) reaches 979.83 W/cell, 5 minutes (1.67 VPC @ 25°C) is 660.50 W/cell, and 15 minutes (1.67 VPC @ 25°C) is 370.17 W/cell.
