The XTV12200 is a 12V Top Terminal VRLA-AGM battery in the CSB XTV series designed for telecom broadband applications, suitable for indoor and outdoor deployment. The series uses pure lead valve-regulated sealed lead-acid technology. The battery has a nominal voltage of 12 Vdc; at 25°C and 1.75 VPC, the 20-hour rate nominal capacity is 20 Ah, the 8-hour rate capacity is 18.4 Ah, and at the 8-hour rate and 1.80 VPC, the capacity is 18.0 Ah. It uses an AGM absorptive glass mat separator and a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid design, with gas recombination efficiency up to 99%, and is maintenance-free in normal use. The pure lead construction combined with a proprietary element formulation enables it to perform in float standby power applications under extreme temperatures. The case is ABS (UL 94-HB); a flame-retardant 94-V0 version is available on request. The terminal is an I1 threaded lead alloy terminal, compatible with M5 bolts; the tightening torque is 30.4±6.1 Kgf·cm, 26.4±5.3 Lbf·in, or 3.0±0.6 N·m. On the charging side, the maximum charge current is 6.0 A; on the discharging side, the maximum discharge current is 230 A; short-circuit current is 591 A, and internal resistance is 12.2 mΩ.
