As a member of the XTV pure lead series under CSB, the XTV12120 uses a 12V valve regulated sealed lead-acid design; officially, its VRLA pure lead series is positioned for telecom broadband applications and can be deployed indoors and outdoors. In terms of capacity, at the 20-hour rate (1.75 VPC @25°C), the nominal value is 12 Ah; at the 8-hour rate, it is 11.2 Ah at 1.75 VPC @25°C and 11.1 Ah at 1.80 VPC @25°C. The battery uses an AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) design, with gas recombination efficiency up to 99%, requires no maintenance, and features a pure lead construction and proprietary elements. From an electrical specifications perspective, at 25°C the float charge voltage of a single XTV12120 battery is 13.5 - 13.8 Vdc, and the equalization charge voltage is 14.4 - 15.0 Vdc. Maximum charge current 3.60 A, maximum discharge current 180 A, short-circuit current 438 A, internal resistance 15.0 mΩ. Under 25°C float conditions, design life is up to 12 years, meeting the Eurobat long life standard (10/12 years at 20°C). Self-discharge is low: less than 10% after 90 days storage at 25°C; storage period can be up to 6 months, and it must be fully charged before reuse; if storage temperature is above 25°C, charge earlier.
