Product details
CSB's HRL1250W belongs to the HRL series and is a 12Vdc VRLA battery. This series features long life and high-rate pure lead technology and is developed for high-power data center and UPS loads; the officially listed application is data center uninterruptible power supplies. It uses a valve-regulated sealed construction and AGM technology, with gas recombination efficiency up to 99%; it uses a pure lead construction together with a proprietary formula and can serve high-rate UPS and float standby power applications.
Charging conditions: at an ambient temperature of 25°C, the float charge voltage is 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery, and the equalization charge voltage is 14.4 to 15.0 Vdc/battery. Self-discharge performance: after 90 days of storage at 25°C, capacity loss is less than 10%, and the storage period can be up to 6 months; it must be fully charged before reuse, and when the storage temperature exceeds 25°C, charging should be brought forward. Temperature range: nominal temperature 25°C, discharge allowed from -15°C to 50°C, and charging and storage allowed from -15°C to 40°C.
Capacity and power data are as follows: at the 15min-rate, nominal capacity is 50W; at 1.67 VPC and 25°C, the 5-minute power is 102 W/cell, and the 15-minute power is 51.0 W/cell. Maximum charge current is 5.0 A, maximum discharge current is 130 A, and internal resistance is 15.0 mΩ. The above values can be used to assess capability during short-duration high-power discharge.
Physical specifications: the length, width, and height of the HRL1250W are 151.0±2.0 mm, 98.0±1.0 mm, and 100.3±1.5 mm respectively; weight is 3.90 kg; the terminal is F2 terminal - Faston Tab 250. The case material is ABS (UL 94-HB), and a flame-retardant (94-V0) version is also available if required. In terms of service life, the design life under 25°C float standby conditions can reach 8 years; according to the Eurobat (20°C) standard, commercial life is 10 to 12 years.
This product is manufactured in accordance with IEC 61056-1/2:2012 and has obtained UL1989 recognition (MH14533). The combination of maintenance-free design and high-rate discharge capability allows the HRL1250W to be used in scenarios such as data center UPS, meeting float standby and short-time high-power output requirements, providing stable backup power support for equipment.
