XHRL12410W is a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery in CSB's XHRL series, with terminals located on top. As a high-performance version of HRL, this series is designed around UPS and data center requirements, emphasizing stronger high-rate output capability. It uses absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology, with gas recombination efficiency up to 99%, adopts a maintenance-free construction, and also uses pure lead construction and a proprietary element formulation, serving high-rate UPS and float standby power applications.
Electrically, the battery's maximum charge current is 41.00 A, maximum discharge current is 800 (5 seconds), short-circuit current can reach 3171 A, and internal resistance is 2.90 mΩ. In terms of power, at 25°C and 10.02V per unit, the XHRL12410W's 15-minute rate nominal capacity is 410W; under conditions of 1.67 VPC and 25°C, the 5-minute power is 729.83 W/cell, and the 15-minute power is 417.33 W/cell.
Temperature and charging conditions are as follows: in a 25°C environment, the float charge voltage range is 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery, and the equalizing charge voltage range is 14.4 to 15.0 Vdc/battery.
